In Torrington, not a warehouse
Every batch is made here in Litchfield County and delivered fresh to local pickup spots. Nothing ships in frozen from somewhere else.
Cinnamon Roll Saturday: fresh batch, limited quantity.
Homemade in Torrington, CT
Simple idea.
Serious business.
There is nothing complicated about a cinnamon roll. Dough, butter, cinnamon, sugar, icing. That's the whole list. Which is exactly why it's hard to make a great one — there is nowhere to hide.
Ours are made by hand at Kaylan's Kitchen in Torrington, Connecticut, in small batches, the same way every time. Soft dough that pulls apart instead of tearing. Cinnamon rolled through every layer, not dusted on at the end. A center that stays gooey. And icing, because nobody has ever asked us for a dry cinnamon roll.

This section is written to be filled in with Kaylan's own words — the exact ingredients, the process, and how the recipe came together. Until then, here's the honest short version.

Homemade style
Rolled, cut and iced by hand. Which is why the tray runs out and why no two rolls are exactly identical.
Freshly prepared
They're built for the day they're made. If you're keeping one for tomorrow, the guide will tell you how.

Four categories, so new flavors have somewhere to land as they come along. Each flavor gets its own page.
The everyday roll. Nothing seasonal, nothing clever. Just right.
Flavors that only make sense at a certain time of year.
One-off ideas. When they're gone, they're gone.
